Terms & Conditions – Free 3D Scan Promotion

Promotion Overview

Receive a free 3D home scan (choice of Zillow 3D Home or Matterport) when you purchase a Residential+ photography package valued at $199 or more.

Eligibility

  • This promotion is available to new and existing clients who purchase a Residential+ photography package at a minimum value of $199.

  • This offer is limited to one redemption per real estate agent within the promotional period.  

  • Offer is valid for residential real estate listings only.

  • Property must be located within the standard service area. Additional travel fees may apply for properties outside this area.

  • The 3D scan is for a single residential property and cannot be transferred to another project or property.

Promotion Period

  • The offer is valid from March 23 to April 30.

  • Bookings must be made within this timeframe, and the shoot must be scheduled and completed by May 15.

Redemption

  • The free 3D scan must be requested at the time of booking the Residential+ package.

  • Clients must specify their preferred 3D service (Zillow 3D Home or Matterport) when scheduling the shoot.

  • The 3D scan will be delivered along with the photography package within the standard turnaround time.

Limitations & Exclusions

  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, offers, or promotions.

  • The free 3D scan has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for a discount or refund.

  • The offer applies to one scan per eligible booking. If multiple properties are booked, each must meet the $199 minimum individually to qualify for a free scan.

  • Additional features such as Matterport floor plans, extra scan areas, or premium hosting options are not included in this promotion and may incur additional fees.

  • If a booking is canceled or rescheduled outside the allowable time frame, the promotion may no longer apply.

General Terms

  • The promotion is subject to availability. If scheduling constraints prevent the 3D scan from being completed, the client may opt for a discount on a future scan instead (at the photographer's discretion).

  • The provider reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • By participating in this promotion, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
