Residential+ is a series of property photography services dedicated to the home real estate investment broker looking to easily produce a high-quality visual presentations for properties listings. Residential photoshoots currently features three photographic components: exteriors, interiors and aerial. To book your session click the link below to purchase your session. You will be asked so for your company contact information with the property address that is to be photographed. Most clients have a general time when the property will be available to photograph. Although I can schedule a photo session in as little as 24hrs, for best results, plan your photo session about 2 weeks ahead. This will us time to communicate about the needs during the session and time to allow you to prep the area or product being shot.

It depends on the size of the property and the number of services you order. It also depends on the size and shape of the the building and any challenges the location might present. Count on your photo session to take about two hours with interiors. It can take as long as an hour to photograph interiors. Drone work takes about 30 to 40 minutes. Exteriors can take 45 minutes to an hour.

Your photos will be posted to a gallery dedicated to your project. When the photos are ready you will receive an email with a link that will take you to the gallery. Anyone can view the images in the gallery but you must be logged in to download the image files. The images are delivered in “.jpg” format.
