All real estate photography services start at $199 for interior and exterior photos of a basic, typical home. This is a two, three or four bedroom house up to about 3000 square feet. So if you just want photos of your new listing you can assume it will cost $199 unless it is a particularly large home. I will also include a free floor plan at that price. Remember the floor plan will get you measurements. You can add services like video and aerials for $50 each. I also provide 3D scanning which will produce a "walkthrough" immersion experience for $100. 
Turnaround Time for photos: you will have your photos before 9am the following morning... probably sooner. In a hurry? For $100 I will go straight to my office after our photoshoot and process and upload the photos. You will have them within a few hours. This option depends on my availability.
